This is a great chicken marinade, salad dressing, grilled veggie skewer marinade, sauce etc...
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 T white wine vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
1 T honey
1 small garlic clove - minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup (scant) olive oil
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to combine.
